Children

Children are exposed to stimuli that cause stress, anxiety and nervous tension. Pressure to do well at school, family dysfunctions, trying to integrate in groups and lack of contact with nature, can affect the health of children.

 

MEDITATING AT SCHOOL

It is a course aimed at children from 6 to 12 years old, to help them improve their family and school relationships.

The child will improve his ability to cope with:

• Fear;
• Anxiety;
• Lack of concentration;
• Irritability.

Practicing 5 minutes a day of Meditation, children will have the resources that will help them transform and overcome mental blocks.
With this, the performance of the child in school and in the practice of physical activities will improve rapidly.

The course has a character called Manolindo, who interacts with the children, facilitating their learning of the Neural Stimulation technique.

Children
